Protocall Technologies, Inc. (Pinksheets: PCLI) is pleased to announce; That the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Oceans Five Entertainment (BEC) a Florida based entertainment corporation, with the companies primary asset being Oceans Five Entertainment, a multifaceted entertainment venue located in Panama City Beach Florida.

Ocean’s Five Entertainment will team up with the local Chamber of Commerce, Tourist Development Committee and other business leaders in the community to coordinate events in the surrounding areas. Thunder Beach took over Panama City Beach last week and over 50,000 tourists from all over the country flocked to the area. Thunder Beach is one of Florida’s major Bike Rallies and is on the 2010 Lightning Customs Major Biker Rallies List. It’s named “The Most Biker Friendly Free Rally in the United States”. The Shoppes at Edgewater (On Ocean’s Five Entertainment’s parking lot) is PCB’s Official Site for Thunder Beach both weeks per year. National Recording Artist Molly Hatchet performed at The Shoppes at Edgewater as a main attraction for the Rally. Panama City Beach has hosted legendary acts such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, REO Speedwagon and Lorrie Morgan. This week also starts Bay County’s Seafood, Wine and Music Festival.
